What I collect

When you submit the contact form, I collect the details you enter: name, email, company, website, engagement interest, agency size, objective, and your message. Technical data needed to prevent abuse, such as request metadata, may also be processed.

How it is used

Your information is used only to respond to your inquiry and to evaluate a possible business relationship. It is not sold.

New inquiry details are sent to Scott by email using Cloudflare Email Service. Cloudflare processes those details to deliver the notification, and they may be stored in Scott's email inbox as part of the conversation.

Storage and retention

New inquiries are emailed directly to Scott; this website does not store them in a database. Inquiry details may be retained in the email inbox for as long as needed to handle the conversation and related follow-up. The website does not keep a backup copy or queue unsuccessful submissions for later delivery.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your information by contacting me through the contact form.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not intentionally use advertising cookies. If analytics are added, this notice will be updated.

Essential session cookies protect contact forms against forgery and help limit abuse. Google Fonts is used for typography; loading fonts may send basic connection metadata to Google.

This notice is a plain-language summary and should be reviewed by counsel before being treated as a legal policy.
